This year we have been incredibly lucky to increase the number of children we are able to support with
their education as we have welcomed more sponsors onboard but we also wish to say thank you to those
sponsors who have continued to sponsor their children for another year. As sponsors you all go above and
beyond with the additional support you give to your sponsored children and it is great to see some
rewarding relationships growing between yourselves and your families now.
It has been our pleasure to again welcome more of our sponsors to Gambia this year who were able to
meet and spend time with their sponsored children and their families and for some to visit their school.

About Us
Giving for Gambia is a community-driven charity dedicated to supporting children and schools across The Gambia. Our focus is to ensure that every child has access to the basic educational tools they need to learn, grow, and succeed. Through the help of our sponsors and supporters, we provide students with essential items such as school bags, books, and learning materials.
We work closely with schools and community groups to identify where support is most needed. Our goal is to lift the burden on struggling educational systems and help create better learning conditions for young students. By supplying resources directly to children and schools, we help give them the opportunity to embrace education with confidence and hope.

Our Story
Our journey is built on giving back and making a real difference in The Gambia. Over the years, we’ve sent essential items like clothing, bikes, books, and even a van to support communities. We’ve helped maintain a library, bringing learning closer to children, and renovated taps and toilets to improve sanitation and daily life.
Every project, big or small, reflects our commitment to creating lasting impact and supporting the communities we care about.
